Western Wisconsin Plastic Corp. was established in 1991 as a custom vacuum former. It has since dedicated its thermoforming capabilities to the lighting industry by producing and stocking decorative and architectural acrylic lenses. Our large selection of vacuum form molds allow us to supply our customers with acrylic half spheres, acrylic hemizoids, acrylic cones and domes without the additional cost of tooling. If you need a size we don't carry we have a very short lead time on tooling and sample parts. All parts are made on hard tooling that provides consistent shape and size. Unlike blow molding our acrylic domes do not vary in shape from part to part. If it is only 1 dome or 1000 domes we can provide you with parts that will match your other components making assembly a snap. With six vacuum form stations, operating on two shifts, we can provide acrylic parts in a very short time.
