5-Axis CNC Trimming

• With two 5-Axis CNC routers, we are able to trim most 3-D shapes and provide trimming accuracy for all types of products.

3-Axis 150 Watt Laser System

• Welcome to the world of precision cutting and etching. 
• We now have a 3 axis industrial laser cutting and engraving system, capable of handling sheet sizes up to 52" x 100"!

Sandblasting

• With two sandblasting cabinets, we are able to add a matte finish to any part.    

Drill / Countersink / Slots

• Why risk breaking your parts when we can add these for you?
• we can drill holes, countersink holes, and even add slots (and J-slots) to your parts.  

Flame Polishing

• Edge polishing for a glass like finish.
